An SMS may be deemed non-compliant and lead to an operator fine, which will be charged back to the sender’s account. Prohibited (non-compliant) content may include: - Illegal or fraudulent content - Defamatory, offensive, or discriminatory content - Pornographic or adult content - Content inciting hatred or violence - Spam or scam content (smishing – bank, health insurance, taxes, fines, CPF, Prime Rénov’, etc.) - Gambling-related content (betting, roulette, etc.) - Any content violating copyrights or registered trademarks -
