How can I customize messages using variable fields?

To customize your messages with variable fields, follow these steps:

  1. Compose your message by including variable field tags. For example, use $firstname to insert the recipient's name in the message.
  2. Before sending the SMS, make sure that you have a list of contacts with the corresponding information (e.g. first names) in your smsmode© account.
  3. When sending, smsmode© will automatically replace the variable field labels with the specific information for each recipient in your list.
  4. This way, each recipient will receive a personalized SMS with their name or other information that you have included as a variable field.
Don't forget to test sending SMS with variable fields to make sure that the information is replaced correctly before sending large-scale campaigns.
