How can I access my customers' responses through the platform?
Your customers' responses are available on our platform.
You can access your customers' answers in two ways:
- In the "Mailbox" tab: click on "Replies" in the customer's space.
- In the "Dev" tab: Configure a callback URL to receive the responses directly in real time when they arrive.
