What is multifactor authentication?

As part of our additional security measures, smsmode© has implemented multi-factor authentication (2FA). Once activated, smsmode© customers will, on certain occasions, be required to provide a second factor of authentication to access their account. This second factor comes in the form of a one-time passcode (OTP) that is sent by email.
