To send your first SMS, you can choose between two payment options: prepaid or postpaid.
You can obtain credit in prepaid mode (advance purchase) or in postpaid mode (monthly billing with a contract).- If you prefer postpaid billing, we invite you to schedule an appointment directly with our sales team. They will guide you through the configuration of your account and advise you on the best integration options, adapting the platform to your needs.
- To use the self-service platform and purchase prepaid credit, simply create an account and then access the "Credits" section on the left-hand side of the interface.
You can conveniently purchase prepaid credits online, either by using your credit card through our service provider Monext (PCI DSS certified) or by bank transfer. In addition, we offer the possibility to transfer credits between different accounts within the same organization.
To ensure secure management of your credits:
We recommend that you set up consumption limits that suit your particular situation. This will help to avoid interruptions in message delivery and limit potential losses in the event of account compromise. Customers also have the ability to set consumption alert thresholds. By default, consumption limits are set as follows:
- 10,000 per channel per month,
- 10,000 per organization per month.
