Manages the sending of messages
Once you have imported your contacts into the platform, you will have full control over the sending of your SMS messages.
Composing the message: After importing your contacts, you can compose your SMS message. Please note that SMS messages have a 160 character limit, so it is important that your message is concise and clear. If you exceed this limit, the message will automatically be split into several SMS messages. The responsibility for managing the content of the message rests with the customer.
It is important to note that, as part of our anti-phishing and anti-fraud measures, we apply default limitations, especially for messages sent in the EU, regarding:
- links,
- URLS
- certain keywords contained in messages.
