The ≡ Activity menu brings together information related to your activity, such as:
✱   connections (associated with the IP of the device),
✱   parameter changes,
✱   the creation of an API key,
✱   imports and extractions of contacts,
✱   IP authorization changes on API keys,
✱   user creations,
✱   etc.

We advise you to be particularly vigilant regarding any activity that you do not recognize. These unusual connections may be malicious.

How often should you monitor your account activity?
Monitoring requirements vary from one organisation to another, depending on the activity domain, the sensitivity of the data processed or the volume of sendings. As an indication, it is preferable to consult the history of activity on the account:
• at least once a month,
• at least once a week in the case of a high volume of sendings or highly sensitive data (e.g. health data).

What should I do if I have doubts about an activity?

Any activity with which you are not familiar should be examined. Start by contacting your IT or Security department to investigate. If you suspect fraudulent activity, contact our smsmode© team.
