Each customer is invited to configure consumption limits and alerts adapted to their volume of sendings to avoid sending interruptions and limit losses in the event of compromise.

These 2 functions are accompanied by :

✱   consumption limits
• an email notification when the various levels of consumption are reached: 70%, 90% and 100%,
• a block of the sendings on sending once 100% of the daily limit has been reached.

✱   the consumption alert threshold
• an email notification when the configured credit threshold is reached (functionality addressed to pre-pay customers).

How can I find out about the credit limits in place on my account?
Go to your smsmode© customer area and click on the login in the top right-hand corner. In the menu which appears, you have access to an item “Daily consumption” which displays the number of credits used over the period / the active credit limit on your account.

What are the default consumption limits?

By default, monthly usage limits are set at:
• 10,000 per month and per channel,
• 10,000 per month per organisation.
A daily sending limit is also in place and is set, by default, at 10% of the monthly limit.
Developments are underway to improve these limits, with geo-permission limits for fine-tuned management of authorised sending zones, for example.
