      2. Two step validation for a higher level of safety

      2-factor authentication protects your account in case of credential theft.
      Once this feature is configured, logging in to your account requires:
      ✱   your password,
      ✱   the temporary code sent to your email address or by SMS.

      Each customer is responsible for securing their means of authentication.

      How often should you monitor your account activity?
      You can register your devices, on which the use of a temporary code in addition to your usual identifiers will no longer be necessary at each connection. We recommend only registering your trusted devices and not using this feature on shared or public user profiles.

      		 What to do if in doubt about an activity?

      Any activity you are unfamiliar with should be investigated. Start by contacting your IT or Security department to investigate. In the event of suspected fraudulent activity, contact our smsmode© team.
